LClock does not collect, track, upload, or transmit personal data, time usage patterns, location data, or device identifiers to developer servers. The App operates without user accounts, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party telemetry tools. If you contact support via email, we receive your email address and message solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. Local settings and App Group widget sharing

Your display preferences (such as 12/24-hour time format, visual theme, seconds display, and brightness options) are saved directly on your device using Apple's AppStorage and an on-device App Group container (group.com.LMind.Clock):

• This App Group storage is used strictly to share your chosen display themes and formats with Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy widgets on your local device.
• Widget data sharing occurs entirely within your local device memory and storage; no preference data is transmitted over the Internet.

4. Data retention and deletion

User preferences are retained locally on your device for as long as the application remains installed. Removing a widget from your screen simply removes the display interface; deleting the main LClock application removes all local configuration data and App Group container settings from your device. Operating system backups may include application settings according to your Apple backup configurations.

5. User controls and support retention

You can adjust display settings or reset preferences directly within the App. Inquiries sent to lmind0179@gmail.com are retained strictly during customer support communication and are deleted upon resolution. You may request deletion of support emails at any time.

12/24시간 표시 형식, 시계 테마, 밝기 조절, 초 표시 여부 등의 설정은 Apple의 표준 AppStorage 및 기기 내부 App Group 공유 컨테이너(group.com.LMind.Clock)를 통해 보관됩니다:

• App Group 저장소는 홈 화면, 잠금 화면 및 StandBy 위젯과 사용자의 시계 테마 및 시간 설정을 기기 로컬에서 공유하기 위해서만 사용됩니다.
• 위젯 연동은 기기 내부 샌드박스에서만 발생하며, 어떠한 설정 정보도 외부 네트워크로 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

환경설정은 앱이 기기에 설치되어 있는 동안 로컬에 유지됩니다. 화면에서 위젯을 제거하는 것은 위젯 인터페이스만 숨기는 것이며, 메인 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 환경설정과 App Group 컨테이너 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다. (운영체제의 기기 백업 설정에 따라 앱 데이터가 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.)

5. 사용자 권한 및 문의 처리

사용자는 앱 내에서 시계 표시 설정을 언제든지 자유롭게 변경할 수 있습니다. 문의 이메일(lmind0179@gmail.com)로 접수된 서신은 고객 응대 완료 후 파기되며, 언제든지 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
