1. Operator and scope

LCopy is a clipboard assistant provided by lmind. This policy covers text processing, local storage, integrations you choose, and support inquiries. Contact: lmind0179@gmail.com.

2. Developer collection and tracking

LCopy does not send input text, account numbers, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, schedules, device identifiers, or usage statistics to developer servers. It requires no account and uses no ads, advertising tracking, third-party analytics SDKs, or external AI services. Text is analyzed using local rules and Apple on-device APIs. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include account numbers or other sensitive content in support emails.

3. Clipboard and Shortcuts

Text is read when you use the system Paste button or allow clipboard access. Automatic pasting is off for new installations. If enabled in Settings, it reads the clipboard on launch or return while the input field is empty. You can turn it off at any time. Copy actions and banking shortcuts write selected values to the system clipboard. A Shortcut you run processes supplied text or permitted clipboard text and returns its result to the clipboard and Shortcuts. Subsequent Shortcut actions and Apple clipboard sharing depend on your system and Shortcut settings.

4. Local retention and deletion

Recent History stores up to five complete input texts, not just extracted values. Text may contain personal information such as account numbers or phone numbers. History persists across app restarts; older entries are removed when the limit is exceeded. There is no time-based automatic deletion. Clear saved history using the clock menu or Clear History in Settings. Clear the current input separately using the main Clear button. Clearing history does not clear the system clipboard or information already saved in other apps. Preferences such as language, theme, automatic pasting, and preferred apps are also stored locally. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading may retain it. App data may be included in operating-system device backups according to your backup and restore settings. LCopy has no developer-server storage or history synchronization service.

5. External apps and websites you choose

When you choose a banking, map, phone, email, or web action, the value needed for that action, such as an account number, address or search query, phone number, email address, or URL, is passed to the system clipboard, selected app, or website. Map website fallbacks and web links may use a network connection. Banking shortcuts open the banking app or pass a value; any actual transfer is reviewed and confirmed by you in the financial app. The LCopy developer does not receive your input on a server for these actions. External services handle, retain, and synchronize information under their own policies and your settings. LCopy is not officially affiliated with the external financial or map providers.

6. Calendar and Reminders

Calendar uses Apple’s event editor so you can review an event before saving. Saving reminders requests Apple’s Reminders permission. Saved information can include a title, date and time, alarm, and the original input text as notes. You can review, edit, or remove notes before saving. Events and reminders may synchronize to account providers such as iCloud, Google, or Exchange or be shared, depending on the selected calendar or list and your account settings. They are not sent to developer servers. Edit or delete saved items in Calendar or Reminders. You can revoke permission in iOS Settings; text analysis and copying remain available if you deny permission.

7. Controls and support retention

You can disable automatic pasting, clear recent history, choose not to perform external actions, and revoke system permissions. The developer cannot access or remotely delete your device history. Support emails are retained only while needed to answer and follow up on the inquiry, then deleted when no longer needed. To request deletion of support correspondence, email lmind0179@gmail.com. App purchases, payments, and data Apple independently processes are governed by Apple’s policies.

8. Changes to this policy

If processing changes, we update this policy and its effective date. Material privacy changes will be announced in the app or on the public policy page.

2. 개발자의 수집 및 추적

LCopy는 입력 텍스트, 계좌번호, 전화번호, 주소, 이메일, 일정, 기기 식별자나 이용 통계를 개발자 서버로 전송하거나 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 광고, 광고 추적, 제3자 분석 SDK 및 외부 AI 서비스를 사용하지 않습니다. Apple의 기기 내 텍스트 분석 API와 로컬 규칙으로 처리합니다. 사용자가 문의 이메일을 보내는 경우에는 이메일 주소와 직접 보낸 내용을 문의 응답 목적으로 받게 됩니다. 문의에 계좌번호나 다른 민감한 내용을 포함하지 마세요.

3. 클립보드 및 단축어

시스템 붙여넣기 버튼을 누르거나 클립보드 접근을 허용하면 텍스트를 불러옵니다. 자동 붙여넣기는 새 설치에서 기본으로 꺼져 있으며, 설정에서 켜면 앱 실행·복귀 시 본문이 비어 있을 때 읽습니다. 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 복사 및 송금 바로가기는 선택한 값을 시스템 클립보드에 기록합니다. 사용자가 실행한 단축어는 전달한 텍스트 또는 허용된 클립보드 텍스트를 처리하여 결과를 클립보드와 단축어로 반환합니다. 이후 단축어 동작과 Apple의 클립보드 공유 기능은 사용자의 시스템·단축어 설정에 따릅니다.

4. 기기 내 보관 및 삭제

최근 기록에는 일부 추출 값만이 아니라 최근 입력한 전체 텍스트가 최대 5개까지 저장됩니다. 계좌번호, 전화번호 등 개인정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 기록은 앱 재실행 후에도 남으며, 5개를 초과하면 오래된 기록부터 제거됩니다. 별도의 기간 기반 자동 삭제는 없습니다. 상단 시계 메뉴 또는 설정의 기록 지우기로 저장된 최근 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 현재 본문은 별도로 지우기 버튼으로 지워야 하며, 기록 삭제는 시스템 클립보드나 다른 앱에 이미 저장된 내용을 지우지 않습니다. 언어, 테마, 자동 붙여넣기, 기본 연결 앱 등 설정도 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱의 로컬 데이터가 제거되지만, 앱 정리하기는 데이터를 유지할 수 있습니다. 운영체제의 기기 백업·복원 설정에 따라 앱 데이터가 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. LCopy 자체의 서버 저장이나 기기 간 기록 동기화 기능은 없습니다.

5. 사용자가 선택한 외부 앱 및 웹사이트

송금·지도·전화·이메일·웹 링크 기능을 선택하면 계좌번호, 주소 또는 검색어, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, URL 등 작업에 필요한 값이 시스템 클립보드, 선택한 앱 또는 웹사이트로 전달됩니다. 지도 웹사이트 대체 경로와 웹 링크는 네트워크 연결을 사용할 수 있습니다. 송금 바로가기는 은행 앱을 열거나 값을 전달하며, 실제 송금은 해당 금융 앱에서 사용자가 확인합니다. LCopy 개발자는 이 작업을 위해 자신의 서버로 입력 내용을 받지 않습니다. 외부 서비스의 처리·보관·동기화는 해당 서비스의 방침과 사용자 설정에 따릅니다. LCopy는 외부 금융·지도 서비스 제공사와 공식 제휴 관계가 없습니다.

6. 캘린더 및 미리알림

캘린더 기능은 Apple의 일정 편집 화면을 통해 사용자가 검토한 일정을 저장합니다. 미리알림 저장에는 Apple의 미리알림 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 저장 내용에는 제목, 날짜·시간, 알림과 원래 입력 텍스트를 참고 내용으로 포함할 수 있습니다. 저장 전 참고 내용을 확인·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 저장된 일정과 미리알림은 선택된 목록·캘린더와 계정 설정에 따라 iCloud, Google, Exchange 등 계정 제공자의 서버로 동기화되거나 공유될 수 있습니다. LCopy 개발자의 서버에는 전송되지 않습니다. 저장 후 수정·삭제는 캘린더 또는 미리알림 앱에서 하세요. 접근 권한은 iOS 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한을 거부해도 텍스트 분석과 복사 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

7. 통제 및 문의 정보의 보관

사용자는 자동 붙여넣기를 끄고, 최근 기록을 지우고, 외부 앱 작업을 실행하지 않거나 시스템 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 기기에 저장된 기록을 열람하거나 원격으로 삭제할 수 없습니다. 문의 이메일은 응답 및 후속 문의 처리에 필요한 동안만 보관하며, 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 문의 정보 삭제 요청은 lmind0179@gmail.com으로 보내주세요. 앱 구매·결제 및 Apple이 자체적으로 처리하는 데이터에는 Apple의 정책이 적용됩니다.

8. 방침 변경

처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 방침과 시행일을 갱신합니다. 개인정보 처리에 중요한 변경이 있으면 앱 또는 공개 방침 페이지에서 안내합니다.
