LMind is a native mind mapping and knowledge organizing application provided by lmind for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. This Privacy Policy outlines document storage, Apple iCloud Drive synchronization, export utilities, and support communications. Developer contact: lmind0179@gmail.com.

2. Developer collection and tracking

The developer does not collect, view, monitor, or transmit your mind map documents, node content, notes, sketches, personal details, or usage telemetry to developer servers. LMind operates without account registration, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics libraries. If you contact support by email, we receive your email address and message solely to assist with your inquiry.

3. Document storage and Apple iCloud synchronization

To deliver its core features, the App saves files to the storage location selected by you:

• Default Storage Location: On iOS and iPadOS, the default storage location is configured to Apple iCloud Drive (.iCloud). On macOS, the App prioritizes iCloud Drive if available. You can change your storage location at any time in App Settings to local on-device storage (.local) or a custom folder (.custom). Changing the storage location does not automatically move existing files.
• Apple iCloud Drive Sync: When saving to iCloud, documents (such as .lmind and .lmindpack) are synchronized across your devices using Apple's official iCloud infrastructure (iCloud.com.LMind.LMind). Files reside encrypted in your private Apple iCloud container and are governed by Apple's security policies. The developer cannot access or view your iCloud files.
• User-Selected Custom Folders: When you select a custom folder via Apple Security-Scoped Bookmarks (including third-party cloud sync providers such as Google Drive or OneDrive, or external storage drives), files are written locally to that folder. Any network synchronization or cloud backup of those files is governed by that external provider's service policies.

4. File export and offline utilities

LMind provides export features to formats such as Markdown, OPML, and office documents. All file conversion and rendering libraries run strictly offline within your local device sandbox and make no outgoing network calls.

5. Trash, deletion, and data retention

When you delete a mind map file within LMind, it is moved to the in-app Trash folder. You can restore it or permanently delete it by emptying the Trash. Deleting the application from your device removes sandboxed local application data; however, mind map files stored in your iCloud Drive, user-selected external folders, or previously exported documents remain preserved on those storages and must be managed or deleted directly through the Files app or Finder.

6. User controls and support retention

You can freely configure storage locations, move documents between local and iCloud storage, manage Trash, and revoke folder access bookmarks. Inquiries sent to lmind0179@gmail.com are retained strictly for customer support and follow-up, and you may request their immediate deletion at any time.

7. Changes to this policy

If processing or storage architectures are modified, this policy and its effective date will be updated on this public page.

개발자는 사용자가 작성한 마인드맵 문서 내용, 노드 텍스트, 메모, 연결선, 개인정보, 기기 식별자를 개발자 서버로 수집하거나 열람하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 계정 생성이 필요하지 않으며, 광고 모듈이나 제3자 분석 SDK를 일체 포함하지 않습니다. 이메일 문의 시 제공해주신 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 고객 응대 목적으로만 한정하여 처리됩니다.

3. 문서 저장 위치 및 Apple iCloud 동기화

앱은 정상적인 기능 제공을 위해 사용자가 지정한 위치에 문서를 저장합니다:

• 기본 저장 위치: iOS 및 iPadOS에서 앱의 기본 저장 위치는 Apple iCloud Drive(.iCloud)로 설정되어 있으며, macOS에서도 초기 실행 시 iCloud Drive를 우선적으로 시도합니다. 사용자는 앱 설정에서 로컬 기기 저장소(.local) 또는 사용자가 지정한 커스텀 폴더(.custom)로 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다. 저장 위치를 변경하더라도 기존에 생성된 파일은 자동으로 이동하지 않습니다.
• Apple iCloud Drive 동기화: iCloud 저장 위치를 사용할 경우, 마인드맵 파일(.lmind, .lmindpack)은 Apple 공식 iCloud 인프라(iCloud.com.LMind.LMind)를 통해 기기 간에 동기화됩니다. 이 데이터는 사용자의 비공개 Apple iCloud 컨테이너에 암호화되어 보관되며 개발자는 이에 접근할 수 없습니다.
• 사용자 지정 폴더 및 외부 저장소: 사용자가 Security-Scoped Bookmarks를 통해 Google Drive, OneDrive 등의 동기화 폴더나 외장 디스크를 저장 위치로 지정한 경우, 파일은 해당 경로에 로컬로 기록되며 해당 폴더의 네트워크 동기화는 해당 외부 서비스 제공자의 정책에 따릅니다.

4. 파일 내보내기 및 오프라인 구동

마크다운(Markdown), OPML 등 다양한 포맷으로의 파일 내보내기 기능에 사용되는 라이브러리는 기기 내부 샌드박스에서 100% 오프라인으로만 실행되며 외부 네트워크와 통신하지 않습니다.

5. 휴지통, 보관 및 영구 삭제

앱 내에서 문서를 삭제하면 '휴지통'으로 이동하며, 휴지통 비우기를 통해 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 기기에서 삭제할 경우 기기 내부 샌드박스 데이터는 삭제되지만, 사용자의 iCloud Drive나 사용자 지정 외부 폴더에 보관된 파일, 그리고 외부로 내보낸 파일은 유지되므로 필요한 경우 파일 앱이나 Finder에서 직접 삭제하셔야 합니다.

6. 사용자 권한 및 문의 처리

사용자는 저장 위치 선택, iCloud 동기화 여부, 휴지통 비우기 등을 직접 관리할 수 있습니다. 문의 이메일(lmind0179@gmail.com)로 접수된 내용은 고객 응대 목적으로만 사용되며 언제든지 파기를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
