2. Developer collection and tracking

LSleep does not collect, track, upload, or monetize personal information, listening history, device identifiers, or usage logs to developer servers. The App operates without user accounts, login systems, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics frameworks. If you contact support via email, we receive your email address and message solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. No microphone or HealthKit integration

LSleep is strictly a sound generation and playback utility. The App does not request microphone access, record ambient audio, monitor snoring or sleep stages, or integrate with Apple HealthKit or health tracking frameworks.

4. On-device audio engine & playback

All sleep tracks, frequency filters, and audio synthesis algorithms are executed entirely on your local device. Audio is generated and played locally without external network streaming.

5. System media display (Now Playing)

When playing audio, LSleep passes track titles and playback controls to Apple's system MPNowPlayingInfoCenter so you can view playback status and control audio directly from your Lock Screen and Control Center.

6. Settings retention and local deletion

Persistent user preferences—such as selected language, fade-out duration, display keep-awake settings, and visual theme—are saved locally on your device via standard Apple UserDefaults. Transient states (such as active playback state and volume level) are managed in temporary memory during the session. Deleting the application removes its local preferences from your device. Operating system backups may include app settings according to your Apple device backup preferences.

7. User controls and support retention

You can adjust audio preferences and fade-out timers directly in the App. Support correspondence sent to lmind0179@gmail.com is retained only while resolving your inquiry and is deleted thereafter upon request.

2. 개발자의 수집 및 추적 미수행

LSleep은 사용자의 이름, 위치 정보, 청취 기록, 기기 식별자 등의 어떠한 개인정보도 개발자 서버로 전송하거나 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 계정 생성이 필요하지 않으며, 광고 모듈이나 제3자 분석 SDK를 일체 포함하지 않습니다. 이메일 문의 시 제공해주신 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 고객 응대 목적으로만 한정하여 처리됩니다.

3. 마이크 및 건강 데이터(HealthKit) 미사용

LSleep은 순수한 오디오 재생 도구입니다. 본 앱은 마이크 접근(소음 및 코골이 감지), 수면 단계 분석, 또는 Apple HealthKit(건강 앱) 연동을 일체 요구하거나 수행하지 않습니다.

4. 기기 내 로컬 오디오 엔진 구동

모든 수면 사운드 트랙과 주파수 필터링은 외부 서버 스트리밍 없이 사용자 기기 내부에서 로컬로 구동 및 합성됩니다.

5. 시스템 미디어 정보(Now Playing) 연동

오디오 재생 중 잠금 화면과 제어 센터에서 재생 상태를 확인하고 제어할 수 있도록 Apple의 표준 MPNowPlayingInfoCenter를 통해 현재 트랙 제목과 재생/정지 상태를 표시합니다.

6. 기기 내 설정 보관 및 삭제

언어 설정, 자동 페이드아웃 타이머, 화면 유지 여부, 테마 설정 등 영속되는 환경설정은 기기 내부 로컬 저장소(UserDefaults)에만 안전하게 보관됩니다. 현재 재생 중인 트랙 선택이나 음량 등 일시적 상태는 세션 실행 중에만 메모리에서 처리됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 환경설정 데이터는 완전히 제거됩니다. (운영체제의 기기 백업 설정에 따라 앱 데이터가 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.)

7. 사용자 권한 및 문의 처리

사용자는 앱 내에서 타이머와 환경설정을 자유롭게 변경할 수 있습니다. 문의 이메일(lmind0179@gmail.com)로 접수된 서신은 고객 응대 완료 후 파기되며, 언제든지 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
